MOO MUSIC MONAGHAN

1. PRE-BOOKING ONLY  

Pre-booking is essential. Participants must pre-book their class space prior to the event. We will be unable to accommodate drop-in attendances. Bookings will only be taken on acceptance of our terms and conditions along with a declaration of understanding that sessions must not be attended if they or anyone within their household are displaying COVID-19 symptoms


2. CONTACTLESS PAYMENT 

Payments should be made when booking through our online website System

Any other payments are by special arrangement

Note:

• Siblings are half-price

  •     Babies in arms up to 6 months attending with sibling Free of charge


3. MOO MUSIC MERCHANDISE

Moo Music Merchandise can be ordered through the website online shop


4. LIMITED CLASS SPACES 

Class sizes will be restricted

Note:  Carrickmacross venue  15 spaces per session


5. CANCELLATION BY MOO MUSIC 

If a class is cancelled by Moo Music due to illness, adverse weather, venue problems etc, we will endeavour to arrange a replacement session - if this is not possible you will be credited with a class.


6. NON-ATTENDANCE BY CUSTOMER 

 Moo Music is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend your pre-booked class.

This does not mean, however, that we will not try to accommodate you.

Please speak to your session leader in the event of emergencies or special circumstances


7. HEALTH 

Please do not attend if you or anyone in your household is suffering from any symptoms of COVID-19. 

hand sanitiser will be available at all times.

We will adhere to the ‘catch it, kill it, bin it approach’ and tissues will be made available at all sessions.


8. CLASS RESOURCES & PROPS 

Families will be provided with a Moo Music Prop Bag upon arrival at class. 

At the end of the class, please place all your equipment back in your bag and return it to the allocated box at the back of the room so that everything can be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.  


9. SUPERVISION  

Please ensure that you supervise your children during the session – they love it when you join in! 


Food must not be consumed during the class as we need to be considerate of allergies and the choking hazards for younger children in the class. It also adds to our already extensive cleaning regime.  


Adults must not bring hot drinks to the class and please ensure you take responsibility for yours and your child’s own cold drinks to avoid spillages and to prevent another child from drinking from them.


10. ADULT-TO-CHILD RATIO

We will operate a 1:1 adult-to-child ratio. Additional adults will not be able to observe classes unless authorised by the class leader prior to class.  A mother with a baby in arms or sibling will be considered as 1 unit


11. CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE PRACTICES

Moo Music has always placed great importance on cleanliness and hygiene. We ask for your support in this. Please ensure you let us know if anything is accidentally soiled during class so it can be dealt with 


Please remove shoes before entering the Moo Room – this is really essential to helping us keep a safe and clean environment for our little ones.  It is advised that your child wear non slip/grip socks for the session.  


12. TOILETS AND HAND WASHING FACILITIES 

These will vary from venue to venue so please adhere to their policies with regards to use of facilities and disposal of nappies/waste.  


Note: Carrickmacross Venue   Baby changing facilities are not available, please feel free to bring your own changing mat and please take any soiled nappies with you.   We have a simple foam changing mat. Toilet, running water, waste removal and washing facilities are all available


13. FIRST AID/EMERGENCIES 

A First Aid Kit is available in the rooms but parents and carers are reminded they must supervise their children for safety purposes.


14. WHATSAPP COMMUMNICAITON

Moo Music Monaghan sends reminders before sessions to class participants. You will agree to be on a Whatsapp group when you open your account for bookings. This is not compulsory but facilitates easy communication and important messages and notices.


15. IN-SESSION PHOTOGRAPH PERMISSION

You will be asked for permission to take photographs in session which are used for our social media. No naming, identifying or tagging with any photographs taken. If you do not want photographs taken, this is highlighted to the session leader.
